Keyless entry help needed for 2005 A8L

Can someone please advise how to reprogram a keyless entry fob after a battery replacement. My 2005 Audi A8 did not come with a manual, so any help would be welcome.

will pay ten dollars for instructions that allow me to reprogram keyless entry fob, will send via check upon successful reprogramming.

You will have to take it to the dealer with all keys to program correctly.
