Default problem with boost valve N75 or MAF-whistling noise on high rpms

i have an audi TT 2000 chipped by Upsolute. The car started to make a whistling noise above 3500rpm. the higher the gear the lower the rpm the whistle appears. I can tell that the boost is running lower on the car than before. Could that whistle noise cause the misfires in the cylinders that the vag-com shows?I scanned the car and it showed open circuit on N75(intermittent), two misfires. I was also wondering that it might be from the MAF.I just changed the coils and spark plugs. My clutch is kind of noisy too, but the high rpms are whistling a lot above 3500-4000. Any suggestions? The car whistles only when on gear.If it is standing still there is no whistling!

I also got an 16825 - EVAP Emission Control Sys: Incorrect Flow
P0441 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
Every time i try to put fuel into the car the car hesitates before it starts and then it runs fine.It happens every tie i put fuel in the car?any ideas?
Thanks in advance!

DID YOU USE STOCK BOSCH PLUGS ??? AFTER MARKET ONES HAVE TO BE GAPPED RIGHT OR IT WILL RUN LIKE CRAP AND AS FAR AS THE N75...SOUNDS LIKE YOU SHOULD CHANGE IT !!! THE WHISLING COULD BE FROM A BOOST LEAK....SPRAY THE BOOST LINES WITH SOME SOAPY WATER AND BUBBLES WILL APPEAR IF YOU HAVE A LEAK !!!
