The other day while parking at work I dragged my rim across the curb, it could of been much worse, but what should I do for it. Here is a picture if needed:

As you can see the outer "ring" around the rim is completely gouged, and there is a chip off the middle of the rim that might peel, can I avoid this.

Dont really have an excuse for the awful parking, but i tried to squeeze somewhere I should not have.

take off the wheels take. it to a body shop get the "gouges" filled with body filler. paint it to match the others or paint all of them gunmetal or whatever you want. get it remounted and balanced like a new wheel.
