Question custom aluminum 3" catback exhaust? Good? Bad? OPINIONS

oK so i have like 25 feet of aluminum 3" piping. I have a bender that bends three inch pipe. Now, what i want to know is if that would be okay using that **** instead of steel? I only want to cut off at the end of the cat, and fabricat my own 3" cat back? so it wouldnt really matter if i used it right? it is metal i know its not really tough and all but as long as i aint hitting like massive speed bumps and **** it i should be fine right? I dont have money to buy steel pipe i am just wondering if the aluminum would be alright for the time being?

do any manufactures use allum? if not then dont do it. also 3" is a little big. unless your adding 100 hp, port and polishing your heads then 2.5 is probably as big as you should go least you ruin all your exhaust velocity

if your running a turbo then 3" will be awesome, probably free up 25 bhp or so.. if n/a then not so good idea.. and im not sure about aluminum over steel..
