I own a 2001 2.7t and have not had any cluster/panel problems, but I am having a big problem finding a fivestar type wheel that will fit over calipers. Do you have rims or know where I can find some to fit the 2.7t. thanks

I have a 2000 A6 that is really super. With only 37K it has a long way to go. I am experiencing instrument cluster/panel failure. It resets itself off and on while driving and is becoming more than a nuisance, including audio warnings and warning leds. Any suggestions? Has anyone else experienced this "anomaly"?
Isn't the car still under warranty?
Do you have access to a VAG-COM? If so, get it VAGed; there may be a code that will shed light on the problem.

I own a 2000 A6 2.7T It is under the Audi Assured extended warantee. I just had the instiment cluster replaced under warrantee. The top part showing the radio station, etc. was fading.

Today I read that this part has been recalled to be replaced because of potential fires though no one was injured. That decission was announced in March. It is for 98 to now. But I've misplaced the link. Ask your dealer's service manager.
