Default New Brembo rotors question

Well, I'm getting new brembo slotted rotors all around. Do I need to order new pads as well? The pads I have now are pretty new(~2000mi.) so I was just wondering if I could re-use them. If not, which ones would be a good choice?

what pads you have? i dont believe you need new pads, unless you want to spend money on performance ones.

They're standard replacement pads. If I can use them then that's fine with me. Thanks.

the average brake bedding procedure takes about 500 miles, if you have 2000 on them, i wouldn't reuse them, you risk the chance of grooving your new rotors, which also if the pad rotor contact is uneven, the rotors can warp due to uneven heating of the pads/rotors.

You might as well get some new ones. You opted for the upgraded rotors, upgraded pads will just make it that much more worth the money you spent.
