A month ago one of my brake lines blew out putting the audi out of commission. About 6 months ago i bought a pair of front 944 Brembo 4 piston calipers with 6 sets of race pads for $200, and then picked up some slightly used Slotted S4 rotors for free from work (a steal). A similar setup goes for about $1,500 online. So this was all the motivation i needed to finally get around to doing this project. This is what's up so far.
Brake bracket designed in Solid Works:

Making the caliper bracket:

mounting plate for CNC later on

CNC'ing the blocks to have the right step down

stepdown made:

CNC'ing the wishbone shape for clearance

CNC done.

On Calipers, perfect fit...

Brackets on car

Calipers on:

The 16" wheels did nto clear, so have to use my B6 17" wheels and will get summer tires for them.

Tight fit, but a really good one.

will mount up the other side on sunday, and then have to wait for my Stainless braided lines to come via 2 Day Mail.

This is the same project that I did over a year ago and I love it. I did not have access to a CNC machine but I did my measurements and had a machine shop cut down my brackets form ECS Tuning. I also did a B6 S4 rear brake conversion and the same shop milled the spacers for me. I like how yours came out.
Here are a few pictures of my project and now both the front and rear brakes are cross drilled, vented and 2 piece floating.
Porsche 911 calipers, (front):
They were rebuilt and powder coated Porsche Red.

Brackets that I had machined, (No CNC skills here ...
)
Before:

After:

B6 S4 rear calipers:

Custom made billet spacers for the rear brakes:

Finished and installed, (front):

Both those projects look great guys - you both did an awesome job. Russian - from the looks of your rotors, it's about time you started driving that thing again
