$3K for a G2 SC?
I have a Supercharger for 3k everything included. It has 20k mi on it and was just ripped off this guys car b/c he lives in Portalnd and they fuel octane isnt running right. He says its a fuel problem with teh fuel that they are selling and it has nothing to do wit the SC. Its a common problem with people up in Portland with German cars.

Alrighty folks... I've pulled the G2 from my car, and regrettably have to put it up for sale. Unfortunately my fine state has unregulated fuel quality, and so I just can't get it to run perfectly on local pump gas. It runs fine on gas I purchase in other states (WA, ID, CA) and also on race gas, and I'm not the only Audi nut around Portland experiencing fuel related issues, so it's definitely the local gas causing the issues. I really don't want to get rid of it... but I'm working on acquiring a new track toy...
So I am offering a complete G2 kit, with all original parts. Of course this includes the blower/intake unit, a set of RC injectors, ECU (software P6A) from my 99 Tip C5 Avant, the original install booklet, and all other stock parts(idler pulley, brackets, remaining s/c oil, etc). I also have the 2.8 engine cover trimmed to fit the installed G2, and I would love to trade it for an unmolested stock engine cover with a prospective buyer.
In the interest of disclosure, I am not the original owner of the unit. The PO was an ACNA certified instructor. The kit has approximately 20K total miles on it, 9K of which were mine. The unit worked fine until it was removed last week, and I have no reason to suspect any part of the kit is deficient in any manner.
Some basic photos can be found at my website. I'll be happy to take some more for an interested buyer. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.
Price: $3000 shipped to lower 48 states of the USA.

The guy is on superchargedaudi.com so i think hes a good guy. The only thing i wonder is if i drop 3k into my car with a sc, will my resale also go up?
I am VERY tempted right now!

technically, no it will not, it will actually go down because you modified your car. but i'm sure you can find a young, stupid, rich kid that thinks mods increase value will still pay more for it, especially down in socal.
Resale is a bitch, it can either help or hurt to mod your car. All depends on who your buyers are. S/C will probably be a price increasing mod. Usually only an enthusiast would buy an S/C'd Audi. Hopefully you won't be selling it too soon! You could part it out as well i guess.
yea i could rip it off and sell it seperate (teh guys in scaudi.com say the blowers are indestructable with no moving parts) so... or i could put it on ebay and hope some guy sees it and wnats a SC audi.
