Cherry Hill Imports will never see me again!!!
Cherry Hill Imports is the closest Audi to my house but there are 3 more within the same driving distance and 2 more closer to my job so you can say I have my pick of where I want to tke my car for servicing. I decided to take it to the closest lace first, when I went there it looked like a nice dealer and the first time I went was for my 15000 mile maintenence and everything went pretty well. The only complaint I had the first time was no loaner cars which I though was absurd seeing as they had my car right up until an hour before the closes and I dropped it off an hour after they opened and plus it's and Audi, I got free rentals when I used to take my Honda to Honda...Anyway, I pick up my car and everything is right, it's clean, the maintenence was done (well at least I thought so at the time) and they were going to call to schedule me another appointment because my exhaust was rattling and they had to wait for the part to come in.
A week or two go by and I never recieve a call from them, so I decide to call and see if the part came in and it did like the day after I left from waht I was told and I didn't bother asking why no one called me. So I schedule another appointment and I ask if they will have a loaner availiable that day, they said they do not do loaners but they will rent me a car, which is a load of crap because the first time I came there, the guy in front of me dropped his car off and walked away with an A6 loaner. So I ask do I have to pay for it and the lady says no, it's on us, I say thank you but that is what I expected anyway cuz if Honda can do it so can Audi...
So I bring the car in and I am waiting for my rental and no seems to realize why I am still standing there and I tell them I am supposed ot have a rental waiting for me becuase you are goign to have the car all day and I need to go to work and the lady pulls out a list and I am on the list and then she takes some info and asks me cash or credit. I'm like huh, I don;t have ot pay for this I was told that when I made the appointment and she said take that up with him and points at the guy I just handed my keys to which was not the guy I had great service with the last time i was there. To make a long story short I paid for a POS Corolla with a broken antenna so no radio.
Around 4PM i call them to see if my car is done because again it is an hour before they close andthis place is 20 minutes from my house. They say yes, the car is done so I go pick it up and usually they have your car in the "Done" lot but I don;t see it and I think nothign of it because I am sick as hell and my eyes could be deceiving me...I go in and get my keys and I am hiting panic but my car really isn't there, instead there is a black Audi in place where my car should be and I come in and tell the guy my car isn;t there and he goes out to get it from the "Not Done" lot and I'm like huh??? SO he pulls up and my car is dirty as hell and I'm thinking why is it not washed but I'm sick I just wanted to go home and lay down. Then I drive off and go to the gas station cuz my gas is considerable lower than when I brough the car in and the radio is on...I DON'T EVER LISTEN TO THE RADIO so I gte really curious and put the CD player back on and there are CD's in there and other than that CD's I don;t listen to. The big deal about that is I know someone was driving my car because whenever I take my car to the shop I take all the CDs out of the dash but leave them in the car becuase usually if someone plays your CDs it is something so small they will forget to put it back the way it was or think you will not notice, but that doesn;t happen when you set the trap.
To make a long story short, they took my car made me pay for a rental when it was supposed to be free, never called me when it was supposedly done, didn't wash it, played my CDs in my car and had their way with it which would explain why my gas was so low when I picked it up. Stay away from Cherry Hill audi, they SUCK!!!

unbelieveable... they had it for the whole day to replace a part on the exhaust? A part they had on the day you brought your car in?
Your service order shoud indicate the milage you had on the your car when you brought in it... what was it when you picked it up?
I want to see how honest a dealership is... so I leave two bucks in plain sight. If it's not there when I pick up my car, I don't trust the dealership anymore and won't go back.

I would have KILLED someone. I would have made a scene. I note the mileage, and look for dirty greasy hand prints on my car when I take it in. Im very ****, maybe to insane, but what I just read enrages me.
I HATE greasy fingerprints all over the interior after service at the dealer or elsewhere. You'd think the dealers would be a little more considerate about that sort of thing - but no. Once it took me like 15 minutes to get all the greasy gunk off the steering wheel.
My A8 is especially susceptible to being trashed while at the dealer cause the interior door panels are cloth, and it takes an absurdly long time to clean them of the grease or black skidmarks from boots.

its rediculous. They just dont get the fact that you pay a hefty amount for your Audi, and yet they just seem to not care. Dirty hands...who cares....dirty feet...F-it....."IT aint my car"..is their attitude. My car is spotless inside and out.......and that is the way I expect to get it back.
ALso, I made my dealership replace my rim. The jerk off running the impact wrench missed the lugnut numerous times and chipped the clearcoat off my rims around the opening in the rims to access the lugs.
