Check the records for a timing belt replacement - this should have been done between 60k and 90k. The control arms are notorious for needing to be replaced - check them. The twin turbo is problematic if the previous owner was abusive. That's hard to determine without a thorough diagnostic (boost and vacuum check). In other areas: It would be important to replace both DV's as well as the TBB and the coolant sensor switch.
