IM NEW TO THIS FOREM .I HAVE A 99 AUDI A4 1.8 TIP. I HAVE APR CHIP,TIP CHIP ,MILLTEK HEAD PIPE BACK EXHAUST,N75 RACE (AUDI TT VALES)CARBONIO CARBON INTAKE,HYPER BOOST DV,CENTER VENT BOOST GAUGE. MY BOOST AT IDLE IS -20 IN DRIVE -15 WITH A/C ON IN DRIVE -10.
I WANT TO KNOW IF OTHER PEOPLES BOOST IN FIST GEAR ONLY BOOST 7 SAME WITH SECOND GEAR. BUT 3 AND 4 BOOST AT 15 IS THIS WHAT OTHER ARE GETTING.OR DO I HAVE A PROBLEM?THANKS .

Other than the nasty replies you get sometimes, the site is a friendly place.

I will boost up well over 15 in first gear. Currently I'm holding about 16 psi with the APR chip and N75

What would cause it from not holding boost in the first and 2 gears?7 is the top i will get. Holds 15 in 3rd and 4th but will loose boost at 4000 rpm.I replaced all vac hoses and replaced all criped type clamps with reg. clamps. thanks
