Default Audi convertibles/roadsters

Why doesn't Audi make a hard top convertible like the Mercedes SLK or SL? It would be nice if the new TT had a retractable hard top or even the S4/RS4, although I think hard tops are better on 2 seaters. All in all, the point I'm trying to make is that I hate cabrios!

You should take a look at Kelly's. It is very nice!!!

Maybe a VW Eos for you then? VW Vortex has plenty of space available.

Not bad, I know it's the same thing as an A4 but I would be nice if the A4/S4/RS4 were like that

the only thing i'll admit is the fact that you can't have the top down for an extended period of time because the wrinkles from the folds will show as a discoloration on the fabric. but the weather usually dictates when the top is down. if it gets too hot, top up. i dont ever leave it down for more than about 5 days. (i also don't want to be doing up and down everyday, since the hydrolics would go out the first day after my warranty expired)

a point to consider with the pic above: i'll bet a retractable hard top like that really eats into your trunk space. (and without my trunk space, where would my husband ride?)

i love my car and wouldnt trade it for anything except an RS4 convertible (which is not available in the US)

lol about your husband, I guess you're the boss huh?

Yeah you've got a pretty sweet ride there kelly, love the wheels, especially the color, what size are those?

As far as retractable hard tops having little or no trunk space... well it's a convertible, it's not meant to be practical, it's all about fun and freedom. I've been considering getting an SLK or an SL because of that very reason, but I've been an advocate for all-wheel drive cars and unfortunately mercedes doesn't have awd on their roadsters.
