IM about to get the GIAC tip chip for my b51.8tq and i was wondering if its a good idea to get that and the ecu chip together. Also if i have a tip chip will that fail inspection? Thanks!!!!

No the tip chip will not effect emissions. If you are going to get one or the other, I would go for the ECU chip first, the tip chip is just the icing on the cake.
