Rough idle and P0102 Code
I have searched and tried a number of things to correct the problem. None have given me full success but have helped it a little. So now I am asking for a little input or assistance.
I have a 1997 Audi A4 1.8T and right now I am having a P0102 code (MAF circuit input too low). Cleared and keeps popping up.
Mods
GIAC Chip, Techtonics exhaust, Forge 007 valve, new N75F, APR Inlet and compressor hose, K&N Air Filter, AWE Boost Gauge
Story
I parked at a retail store and came out and my car started running weak (boosted 8psi max). Went to Audi to get a coolant temp sensor (which i needed and thought it would help) and replaced it. No change.
What i did
Changed Inlet and Compressor hose. Changed N75F. Cleaned MAF with MAF sensor cleaner. Checked hoses and listened for air leaks (none or very hard to hear). Checked MAF Voltage, have 1.1V and 12-14V pairs of wires. Unplugged MAF to let vehicle run on defaults and ran VERY bad.
Problem
1. Dipping of RPM's was present since i purchased the car. Wasn't as noticable and no codes came up before but now is very noticable. Dipping occurs when starting the car AND coming to a stop. Idles fine after dip.
2. Low Boost compared to after chipping. Ran 18-19 PSI max before and now (after "What i did") its about 14PSI max. BEFORE "What i did" I got 8PSI max.
3. Slower throttle response compared to after chipping.
4. Sometimes it seems the gauge bounces a little between 13-14PSI when 3k and pedal to the metal.
Possible causes???
Bad MAF, Boost/Vacuum Leak, Leaking Forge 007
Please give me some feedback or ask me questions. Last thing I want to do is spend a grand having Audi diagnose the problem. Thanks for reading.

I have no mods on my car. At 87K mi. code P0102 appeared.
Theengine stalled and ran rough.
I had my MAF replaced with a remanufactured one from
www.ecstuning.com
I have 118K mi. now and the engineis runningwell.
