Been noticing lately, having a slow start from 1st. Seems like the turbo takes a little longer to kick in than usual. General lag possibly, so perhaps there is a part that can reduce the lag. ( I know there are a few, not sure what works best)

No upgrades on my car, just wanted to know if there are similar a3's with these symptoms out there with a quick fix.

 

My guess is that it is very hot where you are and the air conditioner is on. Your intercooler is probably heat soaked, the engine isn't getting the amount of air it needs, so boost is low, and your engine is fully loaded with the air conditioner.

Just a guess.
