i have one out of a 2003 A4 with 70k on it, works fine, replaced it with a high-flow cat last week. I think they are the same but i can't promise you that they are, maybe someone can verify?

i've got a cat from my tt that i just replaced..the flex section has broken off but i still have the flange and everything, its in excellent clean shape..the only thing your going to have to do is buy a 15 dollar flex section and take it somewhere to cut the old one out and weld the new one in! and yes it'll fit on your car..75 bucks shipped would work for me..shoot me a pm if your interested

I actually have a catalytic converter.I just took it out of my car (2001 1.8TQMS)after a TEST PIPE install. It is in very good condition. It comes with the downpipe attached as well if you want that too. If you don't, I can take it off to save money on shipping and all that. PM me if you want it. I can take pics of it too.
