Can anyone tell me if oil supposed to shoot into the throttle body. Please respond with an answer. If you know, please advise on how to repair this problem. Thank you appreciate a response.

Not that I am aware of. How is the oil getting into the throttle body?

As far as I know there should only be fuel and air mixing in the throttle body. Would be helpful if you could take a pic of the hose and post it.

Is your car a diesel engine?

That is your air intake to the engine not an oil line. What is probably happening is your PCV is starting to fail and it is allowing oil to blow back into the intake. Replace your airfilter (it is in the square balck box) and the pcv (driver's side of the engine) and you should see an improvement. If you go to ECS Tuning and search for the part there should be a picture of what it looks like. They are pretty easy to change (at least on my 2008 2.0T it was).

There could be other issues causing this as well. I would bet your air filter is clogged with oil and dust/dirt.
