Default Spark plugs for 96 12v V6

Hey, I've searched for which spark plugs are the best for my 96 12v V6 and have gotten a ton of answers. I can't decide. Price isn't really a big deal and the Bosch Platinum+4's look nice but I always worry about the fancy ones. Also if you have any suggestions and also know what the # for the plugs are that would be nice. Thanks!

Pretty sure the ones our V6 guys are all running are Bosch BKR6EUP plugs. $2.79 each at Advance. Gapped at .032" and they work great.

and those work well for the 12v? I wasn't sure if there was a difference in the plugs for a 12v VS. a 30v. I know the gap is different. Oh and I have store credit for ecstuning. How are http://www.ecstuning.com/Audi-B5_A4-...gnition/ES603/ and I also need wires http://www.ecstuning.com/Audi-B5_A4-...nition/ES5964/

Should be fine - a friend of mine has them in his 12v. I just asked him and he's actually gapped at .036" - I know that my 30v gaps at .032" and the 12v has a fairly wide allowable gap range that includes .032" (I think it actually goes from there up to .040"), but yeah he runs .036" in his.

I'm running the Bosch plugs Devil mentioned. OE is NGK but they're harder to get, more expensive, and the Bosch plugs have been more than good to me.

I don't see those plugs on advanced's site. Also, the wires I linked from ecstuning or http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/web...S_336425577___

Just go there and ask for plugs for your car - that number is exact or very close and if I recall right, they were the only plugs listed for the A4 at that price.

Okay well how about the wires? I kinda want the ones I linked from ecstuing because I have some store credit there. If the NGK ones are a lot better I would get them.

Our wires almost never seem to fail and the V6 really is very unlikely to gain anything from "upgraded" wires. Unless they flat-out fail, leave them alone.

That credit is burning a hole in your pocket. Put the fire out and hold onto it. Something will break soon enough that you can use it for.
