Default DIY for B5 1.8t Timing Belt replacement (w/ water pump and thermostat)

Took me a long time to put this together, but it's about time we had our own DIY for the timing belt job.

It is a huge write up with a LOT of pictures. So I will host it on for now.
If anyone has comments or problems send me a PM.
