Default mixing coolant in 2001 A8

Some Prestone Dex-cool coolant (orange color) was recently added to top off my 2001 A8 when the coolent level was down as I could not get to a dealer for Audi G12 (red color) coolant, which the manual indicates. Is this a problem? Do I need to have the radiator flushed? Is there a commonly available coolant brand I can use, or do I need to get the G12 from the dealer? thanks.

Flush the cooling system. Refill with G-12 or universal global yellow.
