BAD EGT sensors on V6 2.7 biturbo
Hello
I have a problem with EGT sensors. Auto does not significantly wrong (the performance is almost right) ... but at low speed crazy vibrate (maybe this is better word: "shakes"). EGT sensor to function only informative? or if it is the wrong way to switch into emergency mode, and to do this mess.
Even me to indicate a bad lambda probe but after the exchange of one EGT sensor have to write it.
Still remains to replace me but the other one hundred percent certainty that I had that this is not the sensors. And I apologize for my bad English

You have a BOV, youve been running rich (too much fuel)
BOV's will ruin your O2's, EGT's, spark plugs, and clog Injectors and Catalytic converters. You will get poorer performance, and worse fuel economy. Switch to a recirculation valve and replace the EGT's and O2's if theyre bad. IIRC the EGT can send you into Limp mode also (5psi boost)
If you get the codes pulled from the ECU post the codes themselves up here and well be able to diagnose much faster and more accuratly

i dont have BOV´s (I only tested them next week maybe.)
and fault codes are on VAG:

Ok here we go.....
p1453 and p1457 are EGTs, you should replace these first.
p1120 and p0154 is the front drivers side O2, check to make sure the wiring isnt pinched, twisted, or burnt. If not replace it i guess
p1602 is voltage too low for terminal 30. did you disconnect the battery recently? Might have caused it... Just make sure the battery is connected really tight
p1649 might be a problem with the ABS control module that could require you to replace it completely, im not sure on this one though. I just know some people have replaced it because of that code

I change one EGT on driver side (G236)
Next EGT I will change next week..i thing that solved my problems with vibrates at low RPM and large consumption of gasoline.
when is bad EGT....it is possible that vag say "wrong lambda sensor" ? maybe is only bad cables
p1602 was mistake with reconnect battery ...

what do you thing.... about EGT's it is too much important for good running of the engine? or it is only informative sensor.
for my old model before year 2000 i need two EGT with this number " 078 919 529F " isnt it? i have two black box (not red)
