Just behind the right rear tire is a tube that hangs down as some sort of a drain. It always drips a greasy liquid and I have no idea what it is or where the fluid comes from. Anyone mind informing me?

Man I'm dumb. I had a bottle of the "Liquid Gold" power steering fluid in the cubby in the trunk that was leaking. It wasn't exactly coming out of that tube, but next to it as the grommet is placed in the lower corner of the cubby.
