93 audi 90s - update
Ok, it's not the starter...it's theserpentine belt tensioner. It's broken.
Does any of you know where can I find one, because it seems that nobody have it! The only tensioner close to mine is for 1995 Audi 90 2.8, and 1995 Audi A6 2.8. But do they have the shorter serpentine path?

Glad you found the problem!
Here is a link to buy one for your model audi brand new.

and here is a link to buy a new belt while you're at it. I'd recommend it since you'll have to remove the belt anyway.

Thanks Frankie, but I was talking about this:
http://www.autohausaz.com/search/pro...lt%20Tensioner
...the drive belt tensioner, not the timing belt tensioner.
Do you know if the tensioner on the AAH engines is different than the one on the AFC engines? I was reading 12v.org and the guy says that most of the changes are on the valves, camshaft, oil system and etc., but he says nothig about the drive belt assembly! The only thing that confused me was that there is a "old drive belt path" and a "new drive belt path" - the new one is shorter and it's tensioner is different!!!
