hello </P>


i have a 1990 audi coupe 2.2 (kv) (engine code)and i have been having some problems. first is when starting the car when hot its seems to missfire for about 30 secs and then run fine but some times it takes about 2 mins of crankin it before it will start then misfires i have taken it to a tuning garage and they cant find the problem. i found out some info on the subject and it said that it was the fuel pump or the pressure damper which fits inside the tank on top of the pump. i have changed both the fuel pump and the damper and i still have the problem. the other problem i have is when the car is low on fuel and i am driving round corners it seems to misfire and jerk the car badly because it seems that the fuel pump is not gettin enough fuel to it when the car has about quarter of a tank of petrol it does not do it.</P>
