from which year are all models of audi that have been made quatrro? (is 1998 the year that ALL audi models from that year forward are quatrro?)

 

They have never made ALL models as Quattros. The Audi Quattro drivetrain has been available since 1983, and has been an option on most models since about 1985. I think in 1994, all moels of Audi have been available in Quattro form, but you can still buy a front wheel drive Audi.
