Hi all,
so I have a 2.5tdi all road with an auto gearbox that, like most it seems, has died. It did the well known starting to slip then started banging into gear then no drive except reverse.
I was wondering if there is anyway of forcing it into, let's say, first gear so I can use it as a farm truck?
As I say it does still drive in reverse and it was still driving in 1,2 & 3 until the bang and now nothing.
Any thoughts or experience?
