Ok, at around 3500...not flooring...the rpm flutters as it increases. Almost a stutter. I go the car used from a non-audi dealer, and he says its the turbo flaps going on and off because I'm not flooring it....Does this sound right or am I getting milked. And what should I do if there is a problem?
