Annoying fan noises
So time for me to bicker.
Does anyone elses ac fan blow whenever the heater is on, not just the ac, but the damn heater???
everytime i turn my climate control on, whether it be down at 64 or up to 80 to get the windows to defog or to warm my cold *** up, the fan decides it needs to be running and it is annoying as hell. I hate that sound. Whinny whistly high pitch SOB. haha
but seriously, does anyone elses do this or is mine just retarded and feel the need to run whenever the heater is on. have only had my car since may so i havent had to use the heater till now. anyways, yea, let me know.

You need to push the "ECONO" button. It will turn off the AC compressor and you will also need to push the outside air button, not the recirulating button, to keep the windows from fogging up. Usually the climate control will default back to the auto mode which usually runs the AC, whether its hold or cold. You just need to check the ECONO button when you turn the system on each time, look for the little light in the corner, it should be on, and you will have no AC running.
thanks. i gues i coulda probably figured that out by reading the owners manual but i didnt feel like it. haha. yea, i havent had to run the defrost until the other evening when i came out to my car and there was condensation on the front window inside the car, kinda upset me cuz u dont want condensation on the inside of the car, haha, i want the windows dry not wet.
i hardly ever use the recirculating button unless its really stinky outside, which here it gets that way with all the cattle farms around, or the smells of the fish canneries when i am back home.
