I picked up a used 2004 Allroad and the need to get it inspected in MD. Turns out the previous owner took out the air suspension and replaced with shocks. Looks like they may have set it up the check engine light to stay off all the time as it was most likely always on after the suspension change (there is an error code for suspension)?? Anyone have thoughts and possible causes, wondering if I am going to fail emissions test at inspection. Thanks for your input!
