Somehow my headlights got to be facing straight towards the ground when i'm driving and I cant see where i'm going anymore. Would anyone be able to tell me how to adjust the headlights so that I can aim them up?

 

If you know someone with vag-com near you get them to hook up and you will see what comes up, but it sounds like your either you front or rear level sensors have failed, try switching the from to the back and see if that changes anything.
