Q7 rims and Allroads

Does anyone know if the offset on a set of Q7 rims will work on an 05' Allroad? I know that S8 wheels will work on an Allroad, so just curious to see if anyone knows if the Q7 wheels will work..

I doubt it, but not completely sure. I think the Q7 and its siblings have their own special set-up.
