Default rough running 2.7t

I'd like to post a question about my 2001 Allroad 2.7t. Car has been maintained perfectly to Audi standards. Filled it with Shell premium 3 weeks ago and cylinder 5 has never fired again. Car uses no oil and compression is perfect 120lbs at 150k miles. After replacing coils, fuel injector, sparkplugs, fuel filter, air filter, map sensor, ignition modules, and vacuum lines. I dicovered there is no spark at plug, no fuel in cylinder (no fouling) though injector seems to click. Voltage appears at injector and coil plug. I had a good BMW guy verify this info and relayed it to his best Audi guy who is as totally perplexed as I am. Same code every time P305 which will ocaisionally trip a P300 (random misfire) when I really step on it (check engine light flashes then)! Car only has driveability above 3000 rpm. Any thoughts would be great. Thanks!
