Hi, I have with 220000 km, the car was until yesterday in very good condition with no problem at all. Yesterday the red oil warning light started to appear after driving some minutes and ever beeping, I thought it was not enough oil in the engine so I put about 2 L oil but nothing happened and the warning sing still appears, so I went to a mechanic and changed the oil and oil filter with proper oil levels, the sign still appears and beeping and a low strange sound from the engine could be heard, now I decided to ignore it and drove the car and a white smoke started to come out from the exhaust and the car start to go slowly and suddenly stopped! I could not start the engine. I moved the car with help of friend to his garage. After couple of hours I could start the car but am afraid to drive it, what could be happened? I asked a mechanic and he said it can be the oil pump or the whole engine destroyed! What can I do, I really appreciate any help before I start any solution.
