I'm inheriting my mom's 2001 Audi TT quarto with 60K miles. I would everyone's opinion as to how I should spend my 5K budget.

Through my own research, I have found my best bet is turbo back exhaust (42DD) and an APR performance chip. what else do you recommend? I've heard cold air intakes are pretty much pointless....

I also would like to upgrade the wheels and tires as the stock wheels are hideous. Any ideas on what specs I should follow should I get 19in wheels?

I love this car; however, I have little technical knowledge, so all help is much appreciated!
