Well then here is just a general question. A b5 A4 radiator support should fit to a b5 S4 (2000) right? since the frame and the body are the same? or am i wrong?

They are different. The S4 part number is 8D0805594AJ. The 4-cylinder radiator supports are different and if I am not mistaken so are the V6 A4 supports as well.
