WTB: Turbo any Condition

I am looking for a Cheap turbo, can have shaft play, smoke, etc. Just needs to have a good exhaust housing with WG flapper, perfer good actuator too. Please email me at h22civic93@hotmail.com with what you have as I am not on this site often. I live on Long Island NY.
