I have a 2001 A4 and have been experiencing noise in my a/c for the past 6 months or so and it has gotten worse recently. It started as a squeak when the engine was cold that would last 2-3 minutes, then would go away. I deduced it is from the climate control system b/c it would go away a couple of seconds after I shut the cc system. When I took it into the shop, of course they couldn't replicate the problem. Then about a week ago Iheard aloud weezing. Yesterday, it turned into a grogging that would vibrate. Has anyone had any experience with this and would know how to help? If so, anyone know how much it should cost to repair?
