Here are some dimensions for those interested in installing this in any other A4, A6, S4, --even possibly B5 models. All it should require is removal of the rear armrest. You won't be able to fold the seat down, but it would be so cool--who cares eh?

These dimensions are of the front trim piece. The area of the box is the size of the pass through opening.
Height: 18.5"
Width: 8.5"
Depth: top:6" bottom: 11"

There have to be some cabriolet owners out there who want nice bass to actually be heard INSIDE the car! This is a very nice way! It also might work on other A4's or S4's - just use the dimensions above to see if it will fit. The box is completely stealth except the actual woofer. The box is built to the exact depth so that the amp board fits on the back, securing it, and making a flush mount in the trunk --it takes up ZERO trunk space! (just the amp, whichever you choose)

The sub is a dual voice coal Kicker L5 8". Power handling of 300 RMS! Some crazy high number for peak. I'll lower the price just to get it out of my garage - $175 INCLUDING shipping!! With shipping costs of around 35, you're getting all this for 140. That's crazy cheap considering this sub was only used for about 4 months!

Last time update for $150 shipped!!!! out the door for the subwoofer and box for Audi A4 cabriolet. No one has let me know if the measurements listed above work for sedans or not. After this, I'll be pullling the sub, and selling it separately on ebay--don't let this get away! It's near impossible to find custom stuff for our Audis!!!
