I have a transmission control module from a 2002 S8 for sale that will enable sport mode on all 2001 S8's. I also have hte matching trim that goes around the shifter that shows PRNDS. The control unit will also make the display on the dash show the same PRNDS. This is a great upgrade for those with a 2001 S8 that desire the sport mode. they are both on ebay under my username
