This thing has a ton of features: Bluetooth handsfree that plays through the car speakers, satellite navigation, DVD player, iPod connection and interface, remote controls, TV tuner, wiring for a back-up camera, wiring for satellite radio, and more.

I guess this would only work for those of you with a double-din (I think the Symphony head units are 2 din, right?) opening (unless you're mighty clever), but it's a sweet little system. Buy it and love it.

This is the newest model...it looks like the only difference between mine and that one is that the graphics interface is a little different.

Does it have Hard drive based Nav, or does the nav DVD have to be loaded in order for it to work?

GPS antenna included? Any installation pieces come with it? Wiring harnesses, trim, etc?

 

You load the Nav data onto an SD card which keeps the DVD/CD player free. GPS antenna included. As for wiring, the only thing it comes with is what you can see in the pictures. This wasn't ever in an A4, so I don't have A4 specific trim, etc.
