Some things must come to an end...

Money situations leaves me with no option but to let my S4 go. After owning this car since Oct. 2005 I am quite attached to this vehicle so this will def. be hard. This car has been extremely cared for and babied. All maintenance done by the dealer when the car had it's warranty after that, all was done by myself which was nice cause then I knew it got done right. Car runs strong!!! No hesitation, no gear grinding, I have never been really rough on the car, I do not take hard launches with her. I have pushed her a few times sure lol but I am never really hard on her. This car is a great stage 2+ S4 with attentions to go stage 3+ but I have got to do what I don't want to So here she is. Also I will try not to leave out anything that is on the car or that is wrong with it.

Here is the run down on the car.

2001 Audi S4
113,000 miles
2nd owner. I bought is off the deal lot in 05' with 68,000 miles
Manual 6-speed trans.
Oil changed every 3-4,000 miles with mobile one synthetic since 05'
1st and 2nd synchs replaced under warranty when car had around 80,000 miles.
New outer cv boots installed this summer
Timing belt Kit installed at 100,000 kit included:
Timing belt
Idler roller
Tensioner roller
Hydraulic tensioner
Relay lever for hydraulic tensioner
Water pump
Cam seals (2)
Crank/Oil pump seal

Upgrades:

RS4 clutch upgrade put in when car was around 80,000 miles
ECS Light flywheel
ARP Tuned Chip, 91 oct/stock. installed this spring with 90,000 miles on car.
Piggy down pipes to 3" straight pipe, I have both cats available and magnaflow muffler if needed.
Vogtland GT2 coilovers installed this spring still have stock shocks and springs.
Stock 17" wheels with Blizzak winter tries installed last winter excellent tire tread
18" HR8-MS Hartmann (R8 Rep) Wheels with 225/40ZR/18 Continental Ext. tires, also excellent tread, no curb rash only a few very small nicks from a few rocks.
OEM RS4 Bumper with shaved headlight washers.
RS4 fog lights
RS4 Front Grill
RS4 Lower Grills
AWE Boost gauge.
Draintake Intake
710n diverter valves
Clear headlight lenses
Side mirrors painted BMW Silver

Interior:
Showing a little age on the drivers seat but not rips or tears. just has normal creases in the leather but still nice and black all other seats are in great shape, carpet, dash, wood grain all in very good condition,

Exterior:
A few nicks and scratches here and there but have to get close to see them.
hood has some road rash nicks but yet still have to get close to notice,
Back bumper had a light scratch which was there when I purchased it. not a deep scratch at all though. The Paint is in great shape no fading or pealing what so ever.

Issues:
Check engine light on due to having no cats on the exhaust. I ran my vag-com to make sure.
Brake light on, loose connection on the brake pads (easy fix)
Pixel display has its days works fine most of the time then other days its hard to read the warning on top, bottom part is perfect all the time.
Other than those issues car runs very strong.
