Ming Pearl Blue - babied inside out - no accidents except for 1 hit and run that dented front passenger fenders and scraped rear fender (not bad at all - i can take pictures)

I can replace it for you and sell the car for $24k+ or not replace it and you can just deal with it - the fenders cost $500 total to replace and with labor it's around $1000 max (got a dealer quote and the parts come prepainted from AUDI with original color (ming pearl blue)

So let's shoot for $23k OBO?
