IM looking to outright trade my 1999 BMW M3 Hellrot/Beige color combo with 152,XXX miles for an Audi A4 1.8t Manual with sport or ultrasport package. Looking for Black interior car w/ Silver exterior

Charocoal Grey Kosei K1s (2 have curb rash, purchased them in this condition)

Oil changed at 152,XXX
Smog done 4/11/14
Recent Alignment
New clutch master and slave cylinder
Vaders have been professionally redone with extra padding in the side bolsters for more support

There is a large scratch on the passenger side but its what comes with a 15yr old car. However it is in perfectly sound mechanical condition. had it on the lift the other day and not one drop of oil underneath and many who see this car say it is one of the strongest E36 motors they have seen. I live in Santa Rosa which is the M3 capital for those who didn't know.

There is also one spot on the hood where clear coat is fading as well as on both side mirrors which I have pictures of.

Sunroof doesn't work and headlines is sagging (very common on the e36 chassis)

I have outlined everything on my car and looking to trade for an Audi A4 1.8t MANUAL with sport or ultrasport package.

I have cash to throw on my end if that be the case but in that scenario I am really looking to have the ultrasport package. My car has the sport package and premium HK sound.
