I am looking to sell my 2002 Subaru Impreza hatchback for a 98 or newer A4/A6 with a manual transmission. I would prefer to have the 2.8 so I can supercharge it at a later time, but depending on the car I could go for the turbo model. This is more of a feeler than a serious ad, as I'm planning on selling the Subaru later this year when I have a bit more money saved; but if someone wanted to trade I would consider letting it go sooner.

My car is the Outback Sport trim, meaning its a step above the 2.5ts, but not the WRX. It has the 2.5L flat-four cylinder engine that makes 170hp stock. Good gas mileage, and power when you need it. It has an auto transmission. I have kept up on all the maintenance since I bought it from a dealership roughly 8 months ago. The interior is in excellent condition, and the exterior is in good condition. There are a few little rock chips on the front of the hood, minor parking lot dings, etc that will be fixed as soon as it warms up enough to paint it.

The stereo has seen many upgrades. It has a double-din JVC head-unit with alpine 5.25" component speakers in the front doors. It also has all the wiring for subs, and if the price was right I would include a 12" sub in the deal too.

The only cosmetic changes are minor exterior changes. The tacky vinyl stickers in front of the back fenders got removed, and the rims got a black overhaul, with the lip and cutouts still shiny. The front calipers also got painted blue. The paint was all duplicolor, and specific to the application. The rims were painted with Rim Paint, the calipers with High Temp Caliper Paint.
