I have one but not sure of the code though. It runs perfect but the car had 350 000km. Came off a 1996 A4 2.8 FWD. I do not have the TCM nor shifter linkage though. But I do have the torque converter. if interested PM-me or send me an email at martincieslak1@hotmail.com
