Ok so according to Shox.com the representative there told me this:

Koni FSD kit
The kit will fit 98-04 A6 Quattro's sedans and avants including v8's. Sport and w/o sport suspension.

Eibach pro kit
97-04 a6 quattro's

I specifically asked if they will fit your car and he said as long as it's a 6cylinder motor then it should work. He checked thru catalogs and checked the part numbers on the box and used that as a reference. To be absolutely certain I would take the part numbers and call shox.com, eibach, and/or koni, and verify it will/won't fit your car.

The part numbers are as follows:
Koni FSD: 2100 4044
Eibach Springs: 1562.140
