These will not work on 4 cyl as the spring rates are different (I found out the hard way).

whos part #'s are those? can you compare them to the H&R numbers? Usually the s4 and a4 #'s are different, but if you can prove there for an S4 i'll taker them in 1 week. if you haven't already sold them.

 

You can call H&R Customer Service (888-827-8881) as I did with the part numbers and they will veify.

 

Alright well I just got offf the phone with H&R and they said that the rear ones are for an S4 and the front ones are for an A4. the guy said this is for 2 diffferent vehicles. SO no go on my part. sorry buddy.

 

That's news to me. That's not I was told.

 

tempting but H&R's warranty is nontransferable. The unknown mileage doesn't help either.

 

They will fit the B5 chassis witha V6 motor.

 

Yea I know. You're relatively close by so it would be no problem for a local pickup. It's the mileage on them, and if a shock blows I'm screwed because H&R won't want anything to do with it.
