I have these rims, Will they fit?

I had them on my acura legend it is a 5x114, but they have 2 diffrent offsets i think since theres is 10 bolt holes. Do you think these universal type rims will work out i also have a 225/45/17 tire on them and im getting a 97 A4 quatrro 2.8, will they clear? sorry i jus cant wait until i get the car to try them on it.
