I just stumbled upon this thread. If you are still looking for these I do have a complete set of front and rear shocks+springs that came off my 01.5 S4 at just over 35,000 miles. They are in excellent shape. Where are you located? New from dealer you would spend around $1600... I figured I would take around $300 since they are slightly used.
