Default 09' A3 Quattro 2.0t modification question

Hey all,

I just got an 09' Audi Quattro 2.0t and it has 61k on the clock. It runs super, tight as a drum. In fact, so much so that I don't think I'm going to drop $4100 on the extended warranty for it right off the bat. (I think I'm just going to do a monthly payment plan for it instead, if I buy one at all...)

So, instead of investing in the warranty by buying it in full,(when I think it would be a waste (3yr/30k Carchex Titanium) I think I will want to put in the car for some basic mods.

I have used Malone Tuning in the past and I really like it. I had their Stage I and 1.5 tune on my 2006 Jetta TDI. Awesome tunes.

Initially, I considered going big and getting the APR K04 turbo kit. Then I realized I would probably also need exhaust, an upgraded intercooler and then installation for all of that. I would be well over what I would have paid for the warranty if I went that route. The 360 hp and 382 tq would be nice, but I just don't want to go that far with it...

So, I'm just going to get a ECU and DSG flash, and a simple intake and turbo outlet conversion tube. Maybe a hi-flow cat mid-pipe and down pipe.

Adding 50-60hp and 80lb tq would be my goal. Keeping the sound like stock, with maybe just a tad more quality sound from intake area would be fine as well.

Can anyone offer any other suggestions? $2000 is my budget. Maybe $2500, but keeping it under $2k would be better.

What suspension mods? Is there anything else out there that is a good idea?

I have the 2.0t and DSG.

Thanks!
